STANDARD RATES
Free cancellation without prepayment.
Our cancellation conditions for standard rates (much more advantageous than on other online booking sites):  
12 DAYS - free cancellation without penalty up to 12 days before the arrival date; after this deadline the penalty will be 100% of the booked amount.  No prepayment is required. Pay at the hotel. 
 6 DAYS - free cancellation without penalty up to 6 days before the arrival date; after this term the penalty will be 100% of the booked amount.  No prepayment is required. Pay at the property. 
 48 HOURS - free cancellation without penalty up to 2 days before the arrival date; after this term the penalty will be equal to 100% of the booked amount.  No prepayment is required. Pay at the hotel. 

TODAY YOU DO NOT PAY ANYTHING,
but in order to confirm the validity of your card and guarantee the reservation, the structure will make a pre-authorization (i.e. it will temporarily block an amount equal to the total amount of the reservation made) that will be released later.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATES 
The total amount of the reserved stay is charged at the time of booking.
Important: In case of cancellation, changes or no-show, the penalty fee will be 100% of the total amount booked.

If your stay is compromised due to COVID-19 you will be issued a voucher for the total amount already paid and without expiry date.
